There is no fee to submit the application.
We do perform a background, criminal and credit check.
We don't discriminate and are simply looking for tenants who will pay the rent on time and take care of the property.
If you are a great tenant we want to work with you!
The background check is paid directly to the organization performing the check.
The cost for that check is approximately $40.
Every adult in the home over must fill out an application and perform the background check.
